Section 1, Returns:

1.1) Products can be returned for any reason within 14 days of the initial purchase providing you have your receipt and they are still in the same condition. Griffins Gaming can not accept returns of any opened items at all.

1.2) Any return postage costs must be paid by the customer for unwanted items. Items returned due to damage will be covered.

1.3) Customers are not liable for postage service refunds unless being returned due to damaged goods.

1.4) Sealed product and accessories must be returned in their original packaging, undamaged and unopened.

1.5) Any faults within product including but not limited to, error cards, missing cards ect are not liable for return to us. This must be sorted with the manufacturer, Griffins Gaming will however provide all the assistance we can.

 

Section 2, Damage:

2.1) Damaged items can be returned within 14 days of the initial purchase. Once received we will endeavour to replace the damaged item like for like. Failing that a full refund will be given.

2.2) If items arrive damaged or faulty please photograph them and contact us immediately. Returns cannot be accepted if you open any damaged items.

2.3) Cosmetically damaged can be returned under the unwanted items clause. Cosmetic damage is defined but not limited as small dents or tears in the cellophane / small dents in tins.

2.4) Postage cost of any returned items will be covered by us at the same amount as the original shipping value.
 

Section 3, Cancellations/Amendments:
3.1) You can cancel or amend any order before it has been dispatched, please contact us to do so. Please note that alterations may result in a delay in dispatching your order.

3.2) Cancellations to orders made on the consumers side or due to breaches of terms may insure an admin fee to cover the initial transaction fees, This is usually around 3.3%.

3.3) Postage cost of any returned items will be covered by us at the same amount as the original shipping value.
 

Section 4, Event tickets:
4.1) If the event is cancelled or moved to a date you can no longer attend you are entitled to a full refund.

4.2) Refunded cannot be given for any reason within 48 hours of the start time shown on the ticket, This includes non-attendance and poor performance.

4.3) We can, at the stores discretion offer a refund in the form of store credit that can be used at any time for product or future events.

Section 5, Lost orders:

5.1) Griffins Gaming can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by a delayed/lost or miss-routed orders.

5.2) If you have requests/requirements for delivery such as but not limited to 'safe areas' or 'deliver to neighbour' please add these to the notes when ordering. After tracking is provided.
5.3) Griffins Gaming can not be held responsible for any loss of parcels due to the circumstances mentioned here.

Section 6, Pre-Orders:

6.1) Please​ be aware that when ordering items that are in-stock along with items for pre order, the order will be shipped together once all items are in stock. If you would like the items shipped sooner please make separate orders.

Section 7, Accuracy:

7.1) Griffins Gaming make every effort to ensure product and pricing information is correct, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the unlikely event that an item has been listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, We may at our own discretion contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Section 8, B2B/Reselling:

8.1) Griffins Gaming are a customer priority store, as such any orders we suspect are by businesses, on the behalf of a business or for the purposes of reselling are subject to be cancelled without warning.

Section 9, Image use:
9.1) Griffins Gaming often take photographs during events, by being in store during these times you may be involved in photography that is used for reasons such as but not limited to social media posts or adverts.
9.2) Griffins Gaming often record event game play, we make every effort to make these streams top facing with no faces shown. by being on stream you acknowledge that this may occur and give permission to have such video and audio uploaded.
9.3) If at any point you wish you not have your face ect in any media or other such uploads please makes us aware and we will remove all imagery as soon as possible.
